2nd Annual Rose Garden Gala

Saturday, April 28th, 2012
6:00PM – 10:00PM

Please plan to join us for our 2nd Annual Rose Garden Gala on April 28th, 2012. Guests will choose NY Strip steak with red wine reduction or Wild Mushroom Stuffed Chicken along with lots of other delicious foods.  Imagine dining under a tent by the rose garden with the sounds of music in the background.

This fundraiser will help support Garden programs like the new Gather ‘n’ Grow vegetable garden for children of all ages.  It will help with the care and upkeep of the historic Hiram Butler house and other facility improvements.  We appreciate the support from our community and the City of Kennesaw.

Guests will have the chance to bid on a variety of items such as:

• Braves Baseball tickets
• A personal chef creating a dinner for 6 at your home or at Smith-Gilbert Gardens
• Your very own Vespa!
• A beach cottage in St. Augustine, Florida
• Wine, craft beer, tequila and more!
• Free rental of the second floor space at the Strand Theater valued at $1,500.
• Tickets to the Atlanta Lyric Theater
• A wine tasting dinner for 8 at Fusco’s Via Roma
• A condo in Panama Beach, Florida
• Use of a cabin in Franklin, North Carolina

Would you like to help support the gardens by becoming an Event Sponsor or by donating something to our silent auction? Your contribution may be in the form of a gift certificate, product, or service and is tax deductible as we are a non-profit with 501(C)3 status. For your donation the form below spells out how your organization will be recognized and promoted by the Gardens in the upcoming year. Among our many goals are establishment of a children’s garden, construction of an Event Building and needed repairs to the historic (ca. 1880) Hiram Butler home.

Items and/or gifts of services are due by Saturday, April 14, 2012. Please  include a description of any donation and its value. If your contribution is a gift certificate, please include a brochure, menu or business card so that we may use it for your promotional display.
